Jeffrey Davenport (Founder & CEO)

Jeffrey is the Founder and CEO of Horizon Home Relief. With a diverse background spanning commercial and residential construction, golf professional experience, insurance adjusting, project management and in home sales, he brings a unique blend of expertise to the industry. His career path has provided him with both technical knowledge and a deep understanding of the challenges homeowners face. Horizon Home Relief was born out of these personal and professional experiences, with a mission to provide reliable solutions for families and individuals in need. Under his leadership, the company emphasizes integrity, quality, and compassion in every project. He is committed to ensuring that homeowners feel supported and secure while improving the safety and comfort of their homes.
During his free time Jeffrey enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, family and friends. He is an avid golfer and enjoys doing almost anything involving the outdoors.

Janelle Gaffer, CPA (Treasurer)

Janelle is a Certified Public Accountant and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with more than 23 years of experience supporting nonprofit organizations through both public accounting and executive leadership roles. Her background includes serving as a nonprofit CFO, controller, and auditor, giving her a comprehensive understanding of nonprofit financial management, compliance, and stewardship.
Janelle lives in the Sunshine State and enjoys Florida’s outdoor lifestyle, from beach days and pool time to local parks and community activities. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and friends, particularly attending sporting events and cheering at the boys’ baseball and flag football games.

Erin Arbour (Secretary)

Erin is the Director of Administrative Services and a member of the Executive Team at a national locum tenens organization, where she leads operational and administrative functions. She is deeply committed to nonprofit and community service and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Palmer chapter of Operation Friendship America, an international youth and young adult exchange program. Erin has served as an officer on many non profit boards over the years and  brings a passion for volunteerism, community building, and mission-driven leadership to her board work.
Volunteerism and giving back are central to Erin’s values, and she is passionate about using her leadership experience to help organizations strengthen their impact and serve their communities effectively.
Erin is the proud parent of two college-aged daughters, has many nieces and nephews, and enjoys attending their sporting events, as well as spending time with friends and family.
