Through the collaboration and generosity of several local companies and community members, Horizon Home Relief was proud to complete multiple home improvement projects for a homeowner in East Longmeadow.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to those involved in making this possible. Country Bank and The Home Depot in Wilbraham for their generous support and donation of the project materials. We also want to recognize BB Landscaping for donating their time to clear overgrowth and invasive vines surrounding the home and deck, and ITS Home Services for replacing existing kitchen outlets and switches as well as their assistance in installing a new range hood, Dave Ferrington and Trevor Peck for removing the deteriorated kitchen and dining room flooring, installing new luxury vinyl plank flooring, repairing existing cabinetry, and installing cabinet knobs and pulls which were non existent. In addition, we are grateful to several of the homeowner’s friends who volunteered their time to help clean the interior of the home. Most importantly, we thank the homeowner for trusting Horizon Home Relief and allowing us the opportunity to help.
This project is a true example of what can be accomplished when businesses, volunteers, and community members come together with a shared goal of helping others. By working together, we were able to help relieve some of the stress and challenges that home repairs and maintenance can place on homeowners while creating a safer, cleaner, and more comfortable living environment.
